Terms of Service

The baseline rules for using awardPilot to review government contract opportunities.

These Terms govern access to awardPilot. They are a launch-readiness baseline and should be reviewed by legal counsel before broad public launch.

Accounts and Access

Users may create an account, complete onboarding, and select a plan through the service. We may suspend or revoke access if an account is misused, violates these Terms, creates security risk, or is required by law.

Use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile, opportunity decisions, proposal submissions, and compliance with procurement rules. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.

AI Output

awardPilot provides AI-assisted analysis for convenience and decision support. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on incomplete source data. The service does not provide legal, financial, procurement, or compliance advice and does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, award, revenue, or business results.

Source Data

awardPilot may import information from public procurement sources. Source availability, document access, formatting, deadlines, and attachments can change. You should verify all opportunity details with the official source before acting.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage billing through the app when billing is active. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or separately agreed in writing.

Promo Codes and Trials

Promo codes and trials may provide temporary or complimentary access. We may modify or revoke promotional access if it is misused or issued in error.

User Content

You retain responsibility for vendor profile information, uploaded files, chat messages, and other content you provide. You grant awardPilot permission to process that content to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Availability

Beta services may change, pause, or experience errors. We are not responsible for missed deadlines, lost opportunities, procurement decisions, or reliance on unavailable or incorrect information.
